Terms of Service: Please read the terms below before booking your sign display.
By booking and making payment you are agree to terms & conditions.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm & hold your date.
Additional days: Additional days can be added for your convenience at $50 per day to your reservation.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: In the event you need to cancel your order. You may cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled set up and will receive a refund of 75% of your payment. (1-5 days before event non-refundable)
Rush Orders: Requests for next or same day orders are subject to a $15 fee. These orders are based on availability, we will do our best to accommodate.
Inclement Weather: If inclement weather prevents us being able to safely deliver, setup or take down a yard sign display, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling and/or issue a refund. Sign Sisters are only liable for the amount of money paid - no liability for damages. Inclement weather includes but is not limited to: lighting, thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, snow storms, frozen ground or any other server weather that could cause harm to our sign crew or our displays.
Winter Reservations: Winter reservations are weather permitting. If the ground is frozen it is impossible to get the stakes into the ground. For winter reservations we will test the ground 24-48 hours ahead and make a determination. If we are unable to install your greeting the deposit can be used for another date or refunds will be given.
Delivery & Pickup: Sign displays will be delivered after dark the evening before your event date and picked up approximately 24 hours later unless a special request has been made.
Holidays: Sign displays requiring setup or removal on a holiday will be subject to a $20 fee. Holiday include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Superbowl Sunday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Safety Notice: Sign displays are typically used as a surprise, but the safety of all involved, please alert the homeowner they will be receiving signs and get the property owner’s permission. Please make arrangements to turn off any sprinkler systems and/or notify yard service companies for the duration of the rental. Kindly ensure all pets are secured inside or in a location that will not cause any disturbance during the setup or cause any damage to the sign display.
Care & Damage: All signs and yard art are the property of Sign Sisters. Please protect the display as you are responsible for any damage occurring while on your property. Any damage, including grass clippings, destruction or tampering with the yard greeting is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without the consent of Yard Sign Sisters. Customers are responsible and invoiced for the damage and replacement of the graphics, letter or stake at full replacement cost.
Liability: Sign Sisters and all agents & representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or property during the setup or removal of the yard display. Sign Sisters is not responsible for vandalism in the form of the greeting being altered or rearranged to an inappropriate phrase(s).
Photography: We reserve the right to photograph your yard with the yard art sign display and use it for sale and marketing purposes.
Declined Orders: Sign Sisters can decline orders at owner’s discretion. We reserve the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
Pricing: Sign Sisters reserves the right to change pricing in it’s sole discretion. Pricing is subject to change, due to location, weather or any other commercially reasonable factors.
